I’ve seen this term used by nutritionists, fitness trainers, and people who work out. Basically they’re saying that when you eat a lot of carbohydrates, you’ll have a metabolism that burns fat. The problem is, this doesn’t seem to work for everyone.

It is a popular medical term for people who gain too much weight. If you do not have to worry about your weight, you may be thinking “oh this is just fat.” But you are wrong. The term adip is actually used to mean the “portion” of fat that is stored in the body.
